Unable to playback recordings from Nvr

Hi,

Am a newbie here, having some trouble with playback from my nvr, I've listed the details below. My problem is I can playback the videos off both my cameras up until sunrise then I just keep getting an message saying 'connection unstable'

DS-7608NI-K2-8P

2 cameras DS-2CD2T55FWD-I5

Everything else seems to be up and running fine, I can access the nvr from 4g etc via the router and IP address, and both cameras on home network or off it.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hello to all at the Forum,
I have 2 network cameras DS-2CD4025FWD-(A)(P) connected to a NVR model DS-7604NI-E1/4P/A.
I use the system for animal observation and I have been using 25fps, but I would like to record at 50fps (which the specs say it do).
However, I cannot set the record parameters on the NVR to 50fps: I have tried all combinations of Bitrate type/Video quality/Bitrate mode but I got always a "setting failed" message.

Is port 8000 required for email notifications?

I've had my 7608 setup and running fine for about two weeks. Email notifications were working just fine, and I opened the correct ports on my router. Due to several illegal login attempts, I closed all ports except the server port on 8000. Email worked fine. Then with more illegal login attempts, I changed the server port under network settings to port 8885, and made the corresponding change in port forwarding in my router. Strange max bit rate issue

I've got four 2355's all on the latest firmware running 265+. When looking under "configuration" and "video/audio" from a web interface, two of the cams have a max bit rate automatically set at 4096, the other two cams have the max bit rate set at 8192. I can't change the settings as they are grayed out. I've triple checked that ALL other settings among the four cameras are identical. What would cause this? I've searched this forum and Googled but have not seen this issue.

New router

iVMS 4200

Had a new router last week, camera working fine on the tv and laptops but can't seem to get it working on my mobile, I've added new router network name in WiFi settings and put in the password, and it generates a qr code?

App says I'm not logged in but will let me open the app and then asks if I want to confirm logout?? tried to reset password, verification sending code error comes up. tried registering phone again nothing!!

Also I've no idea where to generate a qr code on...

Hi. New to the forum. Quick question if someone can help please. Here's the problem...

Due to vandalism, bullet camera (Annke C11DK) changed to metal case dome camera (Sannce C51Z). New dome camera advertised as "1080P Full HD".

However, after connecting new dome camera to existing system (Annke DN41R), the maximum resolution appears to be 960 X 1080 "1080P Lite".

This is supposed to be a PnP system, so I didn't anticipate any problems with the new dome camera. As I understand, Annke &...

I've just set up floureon ip camera working great throu my andr3phone except with videos emailed to me telling me to open them in th app but soon as the y appear I get this message

Hi all,

After realising that setting up a NVR system would be so much easier for me vs DVR. i have chosen to go down this route. I require potentially 3 bullet cams (or 4 ) and maybe a dome (but i am not too sure how i can install this on the Porch?

So few questions for you...

1) Which NVR would you recommend?
2) What kind of specs should i be looking at when looking at IPTV Cameras
3) If i do the following set up

Hikvision "Device is Offline"

Morning all!

I am using Hikvision DVR with 8 Dome cameras, i can view all the cameras on the desktop client of IVMS but on my phone it states "Device is Offline" any ideas how i can fix?

The IP addresses match on both bits of software.

I have tried on both Android and IOS.

My DVR model is DS-7208HWHI-K1

Hikvision DS7216HWI-SH DVR Boot issues

I have been trying to sort out boot issues on the above DVR, which I got hold of to try and fix. I've never had it working although it has worked well in the past.

It boots to the Hikvision "Embedded Net DVR" splash screen then the monitor states that it "cannot display this video mode". Then it seems to recycle and reboot to the splash screen.

I cannot see any video so cannot access the device config settings, although the front Tx/Rx light and my ethernet hub traffic light are flashing...

hi Guys so I have a Wireless link from my cameras for my network, so basically when I plug the link into my laptop I can see the four cameras but when I plug the cable into my switch to join the network I loose the link completely and can’t see them any ideas

Updated 26th November to clarify setting and use of encryption key / verification code.

Seen as a pop-up at the bottom right screen corner in your browser when trying to access a video stream from a HikVision camera to Live View it/them on your HikVision NVR.

There is another version of the message - "The stream is encrypted. Please go to the Local Configuration interface to set the Encryption Key and restart live view".

Facing IP Address redirection issue

Hi, I am facing a IP address URL redirection issue. Basically, I am trying to connect my CCTV camera on the same network as of my WiFi Router but the default IP address is redirecting me to a different address. I have even tried the router login website - 10.0.0.1

How do I fix this? Thanks in advance.

Hello,

I'm hoping someone can help. I had 3 Hikvision cameras and an NVR installed in October last year. Everything has been working great until we upgraded the routers yesterday to a Whole Home Mesh Wifi System yesterday. I have managed to get the NVR online and can see the 2 camera connected directly to it but not the front door camera.

The original setup was; 2 cameras front and back of house into the NVR in the loft. The NVR was then connected to a Wifi Powerline hotspot. The last...
