Having downloaded it, I'm trying to install iVMS-4200 v3.2.0.10 over v3.1.1.9 manually in Windows 10 running in emulation on my Mac but I don't have a clue about Windows so I'm stuck at stage 1.
The installer says that the User Data Directory already exists and wants to clear the contents first. I say go ahead and it fails, telling me I need to clear it manually. So I go looking for this folder and can't see anything Hik related which calls itself Data Directory.
If anyone could tell me...
