User Access denied on streaming image through browser

Hi,

I have a DS-2CD2142FWD-I and have created two users (apart from admin), UserA and UserB.
UserA is type of "User" and has only "Remote: Live View" permission
UserB is type of "Operator" and has all permissions.

I am trying to let them get a picture from the camera through a browser using the following URL:

http://myip/ISAPI/Streaming/channels/101/picture.

The browser prompts for credentials and when I provide the admin account everything works fine. I can see the camera...
