Latest firmware for DS-7608NI-SE/P to support new Hik-Connect

I'm trying to upgrade my device so I can use Hikvision's DDNS - is this the latest firmware, please? I can't get the file to upload if it is, and I'm not sure it will allow me to use Hik-Connect, either. At the moment I'm on v.13.0.15
