Help with reorganising my network...

At the moment, I have a network whereby all of my IP addresses are within the 192.168.2.xxx range bar four cameras which are connected directly to PoE ports on the NVR. I have never been able to sort it that ALL of the cameras connected to the NVR are on the same IP range AND are visible to the NVR. I've tried having DHCP on and off on the NVR and I've tried all sorts else besides.

Any tips? I'd dearly like to be able to access the cameras from my iPhone etc AND be able to access them...
