IVMS and Ram Usuage

Hi,

Does anybody know how to increase the Ram that IVMS uses? We have a PC that we use for monitoring out CCTV System equipped with 32gb Ram IVMS reports usage of 80% but in PC Task Manager it is only using 1.5gb is there anyway this can be increased to use more of the 32gb installed.
