I have a slew of cctv cameras and have just switched to Hik Vision EXIR turret but hard wired to router - their software is almost impossible to navigate for a newbie and Hik Connect has killed my phone's responsiveness - I have a Cammy subscription which my previous camera recorded to but CAmmy set up cannot 'see' the Hik Vision camera at all even though its hard wired to the router - any help in plain english gratefully received - thanks
